About this event
This event is a collaboration between several hospitality program areas - The Diploma of Hospitality Management SIT50422 students will theme and manage the event; the Certificate III in Hospitality SIT30622 students will create original cocktails; the Certificate III Commercial Cookery SIT30821 students will prepare the canapé food. The price per person includes three cocktails and all food served on the night.
For the duty of care to patrons, all cocktails have been modified to ONE standard alcoholic drink per serve.
