About this event
This event is prepared by the Diploma of Hospitality Management SIT50422 students, including the concept of the food menu, to the wine to be matched with each course and the theme/décor for the night. They will be supported by the Certificate III in Hospitality SIT30622 and the Certificate IV in Hospitality SIT40422 students who will provide the food and beverage service to you at the table, as well as the Certificate III Commercial Cookery SIT30821 students, who will prepare, cook and plate each course.
