Catherine Campbell

Catherine is a freelance illustration and a Visual Art Technical Officer at Melbourne Polytechnic. She is well known for delicate illustrations laced with a whimsical imagination.

Her cast of characters and other images have frequently featured in numerous publications by Penguin Books, Frankie Magazine, Billabong, T-Bar, Australian Women's Weekly, Element Eden, Poketo, The Big Issue, Notebook Magazine, Cleo Magazine, Vogue Girl Korea, The Age and Kingbrown Magazine.  

Catherine has been with Melbourne Polytechnic since 2005. After studying art at the College of Fine Arts in Sydney, she moved to Melbourne to pursue a career as an illustrator. Catherine also regularly exhibits her work, participating in many group shows around Australia, and overseas, and solo exhibitions at Kick Gallery in Collingwood.
