Scott has over 34 years of Chartered accounting, audit, and CEO experience in large to ‘mid-tier’ firms. Clients have included large private businesses, large not‐for‐profit organisations and public listed companies; his clients operating in membership organisations, retail, manufacturing, IT, wholesaling, disability, religious pursuits, higher education, secondary education, property, and construction.

Since October 2017 Scott has been the CEO and Audit Director of onefocus, a multi‐disciplinary financial services firm. Prior to that his roles have included:

  • Senior Consultant, Victorian Ports Corporation Melbourne
  • External Senior Audit Partner Senior Partner, Moore Stephens Australia/ShineWing Australia, 
  • Managing Partner, Bentleys (Melbourne) and Head of Bentleys Melbourne Audit Division.

Scott’s other directorships have included:

  • Council member, Southern Basketball Association 
  • Board member, Treasurer and Chair of Finance, Audit and Risk, Victorian Deaf Society 
  • Council Member and FAR Management member, Mentone Girls Grammar School.

Scott has been a Melbourne Polytechnic Board member since October 2023.
