Melbourne Polytechnic does not provide an ad-hoc verification service as this can now be accessed via the My eQuals digital platform which allows verification agencies, employers and recruitment professionals to easily receive and verify Tertiary Credential claims.
Go to the How to Apply for Academic Qualification Documents page to learn the process and the applicable fees which will be charged.
Effective January 2023, Melbourne Polytechnic issues Academic Qualification Documents via My eQuals, the official tertiary credential digital platform for the higher education sector, students, and verifiers providing secure access to certified, official qualification records.
Once Melbourne Polytechnic issues your academic documents, you will receive an email from My eQuals advising that your academic document/s are ready for you to access.
Students who have a My eQuals account will be able to login and access their documents.
For those students who do not have a My eQuals account, the email contains a link for you to create an account.
Academic Qualification Documents will be issued to VET students within 30 calendar days of being assessed as meeting all the requirements of the course in which they are enrolled and deemed eligible to receive their award.
Release of Results date/s will be as published on the Higher Education Academic Calendar. Following the Verification and Approval process, Higher Education students deemed eligible to receive their award will receive a Letter of Completion and Statement of Results.
Testamurs and Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements (AHEGS) will be issued to graduands within 10 business days from the date of Conferral by the Melbourne Polytechnic Board.
Continuing and/or non-continuing students who wish to obtain their official Statement of Results can do so by completing the Student Request Form. The applicable Fees are noted on the How to Apply for Academic Qualification Documents page.
