Student Password Self-Service
Did you forget your password or want to change it to something new?
IT@MP can reset your password and send a new one to the personal email account that you used for enrolment.
Or if you know your current password and want to change it, you can do that too.
Please note, changing your password reset details below will not change your personal details in your student record. For changes to your student record please submit a student request.

Change the email address that IT@MP use to manage your password.
Change detailsStudent password requirements:
- Password must be a minimum of 12 characters in length (this includes spaces)
- We strongly recommended to use a passphrase instead of a password
- Passphrases are easier to remember and more secure
- Example passphrase sun blue cat (do not use this exact phrase)
