As a sound production student, you'll learn about various recording techniques, ranging from high-definition digital studio recording to analogue mixing and recording of live bands. Study studio recording, live sound reinforcement systems and postproduction under highly experienced, professional audio engineers.

Our study pathways include certificates, diplomas and our unique Bachelor of Songwriting and Music Production and Bachelor of Music.

Our music and sound student students have access to practice rooms, instruments, professional studio recording booths, and equipment, computer labs with composing and mixing software, and more. We work with industry to get you on stage at some of Melbourne’s most iconic venues.
